Why does this contain 8 grams of fat per serving? None of the ingredients are high in fat. The 2 tablespoons of OJ won't register much fat. Anyone know? Thanks

I made this because I wanted to try a different kind of salad. It is good, but it just isn't really my cup of tea. People who usually like salads similar to this will really enjoy, I think.

This sounds really good, but I have friends that cannot have mustard. I make a similar salad mixing both spinich and romaine, with a wonderful strawberry vinegrette dressing! I bet the jicama would be awesome in it too!

This is an awesome recipe! Great for picnic's and is really easy to make. I usually add more vinegar than the recipe calls for.

Strawberries and spinach make a very tasty combination. Plus since the strawberries are so sweet and flavorfull you can get away with adding less dressing.

I liked the dressing, but reduced the mustard to 2 tsp. (personal preference) Two years ago, I looked all over for a dressing I liked for a Spinach and Strawberry salad, and did not find one. I added the kiwifruit, but did not find jicama.
