cloves garlic, finely chopped

cup pine nuts

teaspoon ground nutmeg

lb fresh spinach, stems removed

tablespoons water
  1. In 4-quart Dutch oven, melt butter over medium heat. Cook garlic in butter about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, just until golden. Stir in pine nuts, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
  2. Reduce heat to low. Gradually add spinach; sprinkle with water. Cover; cook about 5 minutes or until spinach is wilted. Serve immediately.
