bags frozen spinach

tablespoons butter
3
tablespoons flour
1/8
teaspoon pepper
1
teaspoon salt
1
cup soy milk
2
eggs

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven to 350
  • 2 Cook briefly and drain well - spinach
  • 3 Make a white sauce - margarine, flour, pepper, salt, milk
  • 4 Combine - spinach, white sauce, 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 5 Pour into casserole. Bake 30 minutes
