I made this the other night exactly as the recipe says and it was very bland. Although it was edible, no one went back for seconds. Very, very doubtful that this will ever be made again at my home.

We are so not a fan of fish in my house. But we are making an attempt to eat better. And this was such a huge hit that my 5 year old wants it every night. But the family settled for adding it into our bimonthly rotation. I think next time I make it in addition to the garlic salt, maybe try sprinkling with lemon pepper.

I love this recipe. I make this once a week. Good with Tilapia fish as well. Use Honey Dijon mustard. Double the sauce. Spread some sauce on top of the spinach before rolling the fish. It helps cook the spinach and gives this dish more flavor. Crushing croutons is a pain. Instead, mix and use 1/3 C plain bread crumbs, add 1/2 t garlic powder; 1/4 t onion power; 1/4 seasoned salt; 1/4 course ground pepper; 1/2 t dried parsley flakes.

A+++ recipe. The flavors reminded me of some of my favorite dishes at the Japanese restaurants. Very easy, very quick, very good. I turned up the heat a little for the last five minutes to get the top crunchy.

Tastes great, and has "eye appeal." It can even be prepared several hours before serving, and then refrigerated (sprinkle with crushed croutons right before baking). When you come in the door, you can pop it in the oven to bake while you''re changing and going through the mail. (I microwave the spinach before assembling the dish.) One of our favorites.
