3: cups Original Bisquick® mix

1/4: cup vegetable oil

1: tablespoon caraway seed

3: eggs

1: can (11 oz) condensed Cheddar cheese soup

1: box (9 oz) Green Giant® frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain

Save $$$ on your favorite brands

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom and sides of 9x5-inch loaf pan with shortening.
2 In large bowl, stir together all ingredients except spinach thoroughly; beat with spoon 1 minute. Stir in spinach. Pour into pan.
3 Bake 55 to 65 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack.

Unpleasant. The caraway taste was overpowering. While the texture was great, very moist, the flavor was just terrible.

WOW--this lil' gem is so quick and easy to make and so very good. Just took it out of the oven. I added chopped onions, I like onions in everything. What a great take-a-long for a midday snack. Very Very good.
