Ingredients

ounces cream cheese, softened
2
cans 10 3/4 oz @ condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
4
packages 10 oz @) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2
cans 2.8 oz @ french fried onions
2/3
cup crushed saltines (about 16 crackers)
1/4
cup melted butter

Directions

  • 1 Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
  • 2 In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add soup and mix well. Stir in spinach and french fried onions. Mix well.
  • 3 Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine crushed saltines and butter. Sprinkle over spinach mixture
  • 4 Bake uncovered for 30 - 35 minutes or until starting to bubble and topping is lightly browned.
