ounces cream cheese, softened

cans 10 3/4 oz @ condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

packages 10 oz @) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained

cans 2.8 oz @ french fried onions

cup crushed saltines (about 16 crackers)

cup melted butter
  1. Preheat oven at 325 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add soup and mix well. Stir in spinach and french fried onions. Mix well.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Combine crushed saltines and butter. Sprinkle over spinach mixture
  4. Bake uncovered for 30 - 35 minutes or until starting to bubble and topping is lightly browned.
