Ingredients

  • 1 bag (8 to 10 ounces) fresh spinach, torn into bite-size pieces
  • 1 unpeeled tart red apple, sliced
  • 1/4 cup bacon flavor bits or chips
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate

    Toss spinach, apple slices and bacon flavor bits in large salad bowl.
