I love this recipe. I can't think of a better way to blend all these ingredients and come out with such a wonderful, healthy meal. I love the texture and taste of the pine nuts. wow! I have made this probably about 9 times for my nine year old. At first she wasn't sure because of the green spinach. She loves this and would ask for it all the time. The only different thing that I do, is that I top it off with tomato paste.

I had high hopes for this recipe - with all the nutritious and singularly tasty ingredients. However, together, they weren't as inspired as I would have hoped. We had to use a bunch of ketchup to make it palatable. We will be looking for other meatloaf recipes.

I''m not too much of a meat loaf lover, so I didn''t really like this recipe. However, my whole family said that it was great and that they loved it. So if you like meat loaf I guess it''s pretty good.

This recipe is so good. I changed it a little and added my own touch! If you add chili seasoning to it, the flavor is a little stronger, which I like! Also if you don''t completely drain the Spinach then it will stay a little more moist! I always double the recipe cause I am feeding 5 people and the main recipe wasn''t enough! Real good, simple, you should try it

Very easy to put together and a tasty variation on a meatloaf. I made mini meatloaves using a muffin tin so that it would cook quicker.
