You need to get rid of all the flour in this recipe. Use the vegetables that you have on hand( peppers, celery, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes(chopped finely)onions, garlic(whatever you have in your kitchen), basil&tomato feta with the cheese and 4 eggs plus milk (I use almond milk). Bake 1 hr. at 350. I can not believe that add that much usless calories and fat to this recipe.
