Spiked White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Replacing vanilla with brandy makes an incredible spiked holiday cookie. The white chocolate and cranberries make them extra festive.

Ingredients

cup butter, softened
1/2
cup brown sugar
1/2
cup granulated sugar
1
egg
1 1/2
tablespoon brandy
1 1/2
cups Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1/2
teaspoon baking soda
1
cup white chocolate chips
1
cup sweetened dried cranberries

  • 1 Preheat over to 375. Cream the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together. Add egg and brandy and stir.
  • 2 In separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda. Slowly add the dry mix to the sugar mixture. Mix in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Mix.
  • 3 Drop in heaping teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets.
  • 4 Bake in pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake.
