Spiked White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies

Replacing vanilla with brandy makes an incredible spiked holiday cookie. The white chocolate and cranberries make them extra festive.

cup butter, softened

cup brown sugar

cup granulated sugar

cups Gold Medal All Purpose Flour

teaspoon baking soda

cup white chocolate chips

cup sweetened dried cranberries
  1. Preheat over to 375. Cream the butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar together. Add egg and brandy and stir.
  2. In separate bowl, mix flour and baking soda. Slowly add the dry mix to the sugar mixture. Mix in white chocolate chips and cranberries. Mix.
  3. Drop in heaping teaspoons onto greased cookie sheets.
  4. Bake in pre-heated oven for 8-10 minutes. Do not overbake.
