cup spiced rum

cups root beer, chilled

to 16 large marshmallows
  1. In each of 4 glasses, pour 1/4 cup rum. Fill each with cold root beer.
  2. Garnish top of each glass with marshmallows. Using kitchen torch, lightly toast tops of marshmallows. Serve with straws.

Make the Most of This Recipe With Tips From The Betty Crocker® Kitchens
Instead of using a kitchen torch to toast the tops of the marshmallows, carefully toast the marshmallows separately (not in the glass) under a broiler for about 1 minute. However, be sure to watch closely as they will toast quickly.
Replace spiced rum with gold or dark rum, if desired.
