Our root beer and rum concoction is topped with toasted marshmallows for a fun Halloween cocktail!

Instead of using a kitchen torch to toast the tops of the marshmallows, carefully toast the marshmallows separately (not in the glass) under a broiler for about 1 minute. However, be sure to watch closely as they will toast quickly.
Replace spiced rum with gold or dark rum, if desired.
