Ingredients

pound fresh or frozen green beans, trimmed
3
tablespoons soy sauce
2
cloves minced garlic
2
teaspoons Asian chili sauce
2
teaspoons honey
3
teaspoons sesame or canola oil
1
tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4
cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions

  • 1 Steam beans for 5 minutes
  • 2 Combine soy sauce, minced garlik, chili sauce and honey.
  • 3 Heat cooking oil in a large fry pan or wok and add beans and sauce.
  • 4 Cook beans on med-high heat until crisp tender and sauce is reduced to a coating. About 7-10 minutes.
  • 5 Serve sprinkled with cheese and sesame seeds.
