pound fresh or frozen green beans, trimmed

tablespoons soy sauce

cloves minced garlic
2
teaspoons Asian chili sauce
2
teaspoons honey
3
teaspoons sesame or canola oil
1
tablespoon sesame seeds
1/4
cup shredded parmesan cheese
  1. Steam beans for 5 minutes
  2. Combine soy sauce, minced garlik, chili sauce and honey.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a large fry pan or wok and add beans and sauce.
  4. Cook beans on med-high heat until crisp tender and sauce is reduced to a coating. About 7-10 minutes.
  5. Serve sprinkled with cheese and sesame seeds.
