This is the first time I used peanut butter in a dish and sorry to say I did not care for it that much. It was okay but don't think I'd make it again.

While I had to pick a number of the ingredients for this, I am so glad I did. This was so easy to make and so delicious. You can definitely switch up the vegetables and ground meat to use whatever you have. I made it with pad thai noodlesbbit it would work with other noodles as well.

One of the best recipes, very glad I made it. I used wheat sphagetti, taste is great! another addition to this recipe I am going to make is add bok choy adding along the same time as other vegetables! This recipe will be made a lot! :)

This is delicious!!! It's my first time using peanut butter in a sauce. I was surprised on how much flavor the sauce had. I used ground turkey instead of the pork, just because it's what I had on hand. I added mushrooms, a jalapeno pepper, and water chestnuts. The store that I shopped at did not have the linguine-style rice stick noodles, so I used plain old linguine and it worked just fine. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed this dish!

This was really good. I added Broccoli to it to up the veggies and used chicken instead of the ground pork because that's what I had on hand. I couldn't find the rice noodles that recipe called for, so I used whole wheat linguini and it was awesome! I had to double the sauce, and used a little cornstarch at the end to thicken it. I will definetly make this again...it was like take out but so much healthier!

Absolutely excellent. I noticed (by the way) that the first reviewer didn't even take the time to make this dish before giving it a medicore score. He/she marked it down only because a "specialty" ingredient (oyster sauce) was seen as too obscure. Weird. Anyway... since we can skip that review and go right on to mine, I will just say that this dish really hits the taste buds with its classic Szechuan flavor.

My husband & I really liked this. I was a little skeptical at first because I've never ate peanut butter in a hot dish. I'm glad I made it.
