I will definatley make this again. It was fast and easy to make. Next time I would use a little less of the noodles.

This was really good. I added Broccoli to it to up the veggies and used chicken instead of the ground pork because that's what I had on hand. I couldn't find the rice noodles that recipe called for, so I used whole wheat linguini and it was awesome! I had to double the sauce, and used a little cornstarch at the end to thicken it. I will definetly make this again...it was like take out but so much healthier!

AMAZING! i made it using regular linguine pasta and shrimp instead of the pork. so quick and easy too. even someone totally new to cooking could make this incredible dish. the spicy peanut flavor is so good!

Absolutely excellent. I noticed (by the way) that the first reviewer didn't even take the time to make this dish before giving it a medicore score. He/she marked it down only because a "specialty" ingredient (oyster sauce) was seen as too obscure. Weird. Anyway... since we can skip that review and go right on to mine, I will just say that this dish really hits the taste buds with its classic Szechuan flavor.

haven't tried and and won't because, and this is not the only receipe that does this, what will i ever use oyster sauce for after this? wish people would give alternatives to specialty items. some of us can't or don't have lots of time and would like to try new dishes, but as soon as i see a specialty item i know it's not for me. too bad.

My husband & I really liked this. I was a little skeptical at first because I've never ate peanut butter in a hot dish. I'm glad I made it.
