Ingredients

1: pound ground beef or italian sausage

1: can 29oz. tomato sauce

1: can 6 oz. tomato paste

1/2: cup spanish onion

1/4: cup hot pepper ( Asian or Mexican )

1: tbs salt

1/2: cup parmasian chesse

2: cups bisquick

2/3: cup milk

2: cups Jasmin Rice

4: cups water

Directions

1 Cook ground beef or ground sausage through, drain gresse off. Add onion and peppers, cook untill soft while mixing with meat. Add tomato sauce and paste, salt. Simmer for 20 mins stirring often, add parmasian cheese. Place 4 cups water to seperate cooking pot and 2 cups Jasmin rice, bring to boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer for 15 mins, fluff rice when done then combine to spicy meat sauce mixing well.
2 Preheat oven to 450. Place 2 cups bisquick into bowl add milk and stir lightly, making a paste type dough. Place on ungressed baking sheet in six individual biscuits. Bake 10 mins.
3 Open biscuits and spread on plate add spicy spanish rice over top of biscuits. Parmasian cheese can be added additionaly on top when served.
