Spicy Salsa Meat Loaf
Looking for a new way to perk up meat loaf? Stir salsa into the meat mixture and then top the loaf with salsa. The amount of heat is up to you.

what happened to the onion, carrots, celery, etc.? This is only half a meatloaf if you will, or perhaps they've never had a Good Meatloaf before & do not know how to make a Real Meatloaf? I mean ground meat, bread or cracker crumbs or oats, salsa, & an egg don't make a Meatloaf! Sincerely, jusluvcooking

I used ground turkey instead of beef, next time I'm going to use beef, it think it will hold up better with the salsa, also I'm going to add pepper jack cheese and garlic as suggested by other reviewers.

I made this recipe last night and I changed it up a bit. I took one readers review and added pepper jack cheese. I also added fresh garlic to give the meat more flavor. The whole this turned out pretty good.

this meatloaf turned out very mushy and retained no meat flavor. i was very dissapointed as this is the first recipe i did not like. However, the dog thought it was great!!!

This is outstanding. I have made this recipe for my wife and I and we both love it. I made the mini-meatloaf in a muffin pan. They all have the added flavor of an end piece of meatloaf.
