Outstanding! I made these this morning and even my 3 year old ate 3 pancakes! I made some adjustments: Used Heart Healthy Bisquick, Increased pumpkin to 1 cup, Used Skim Milk and increased to 1 1/2 cups, Increased pumpkin pie spice to 1 Tablespoon, Used 1/2 cup egg beaters instesd of eggs. I didn't use the syrup recipe, just used what I had in the pantry. YUMMY!!!

i made these for my boyfiend and daughter this morning and they really didnt like them. he said they tasted like pumpkin pie, so i tried to some pumpkin pie spice(on one side of the pancake before flipping them) on them to make them taste better but that didnt work. then i tried cinnamon on them and nothing. so im saving them for my three boys for dinner tonite so just maybe they'll like them.

Very tasty. We seem to make these all year long. The whole family loves them. Very simple, and clean up is short. I recommend this recipe!

I made this recipe today to end our camping trip. We shared it with friends as well. We all agreed that it could use a little more pumpkin pie spice than what''s called for. I doubled the recipe & put half a 15 oz can in it as well, which is more than dbl the recommended amount.

These are so wonderful. My 10 month old daughter loves them, so I always make extra. That way she can have one later in the week or even as a snack. Plus I usually eat one while I watch her eat. :)
