16 oz pkg. VELVEETA Pasteurized Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

15 oz can black beans, rinsed

11 oz. can corn with red and green bell peppers, drained

cup hot chunky salsa
WHEAT THINS Big Snack Crackers

  • 1 COMBINE all ingredients except crackers in microwaveable bowl. MICROWAVE on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min. SERVE with crackers.

It was amazing ... I used the velveeta jalapeño instead of the classic. Would have had enough of a kick, regardless. Friends seemed to like it with fritos as well as the wheat thins.
