1/2: teaspoon hot pepper sauce

1/4: teaspoon ginger

Directions

1 In 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish, combine honey, soy sauce, chili sauce, hot pepper sauce, ginger and dry mustard; mix well. Add drumettes; turn to coat. Cover; refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
2 Heat oven to 375°F. Uncover dish. Bake chicken in marinade at 375°F. for 45 to 60 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink next to bone, brushing with marinade occasionally.
