cup butter or margarine, softened
tablespoons Old El Paso® Taco Seasoning Mix (from 1 oz envelope)
ears corn with husks
  1. Heat coals or gas grill for direct heat. Mix butter and taco seasoning mix. Carefully pull back husk of each ear of corn; remove silk. Spread butter mixture over corn. Pull husks back over ears; tie husks securely with thin piece of husk or string.
  2. Grill corn uncovered 4 to 6 inches from medium heat 20 to 30 minutes, turning frequently, until tender.

For the best flavor, buy corn the day you plan to serve it. Keep it cold until you're ready to cook it.
You can also microwave corn on the cob. Husk the corn, and place each ear on microwave-safe plastic wrap or waxed paper. Brush the corn with the butter mixture, then wrap. Microwave 4 ears of corn 6 to 8 minutes, turning once. Let stand 2 minutes. Repeat with remaining corn.
