  • 2 Cover; refrigerate until serving time. Cover and refrigerate any remaining gazpacho.

Easy to make, freezes well (I now have several servings available on a minute's notice), and is good cold OR hot! I didn't have the wine vin., and I added summer squash an zuccini. Really good.

This was really good and we will make it again, however I believe I will use tomato soup and add the veggies. .We rocked it with some brie and french bread. Very yummy
