1/2: cup Chopped Sausage

1/2: cup Chopped Ham

3/4: cup Hashbrowns

3: Eggs

1: Tabasco Sauce

2: slices Pepperjack Cheese

Directions

1 Fry the sausage, ham, and hashbrown in a skillet until browned and ready.
2 Once finished, scramble the 3 eggs and add sausage, ham, and hashbrown as if you were making an omlette. Melt pepperjack cheese on top and chop the combined product to a scrable mix.
3 Finally, garnish with the desired amout of tabasco sauce.

So spicy, so easy, so delicious. It is my daily breakfast every morning. It reminds me of being a kid back in Iowa when my ma would ring the bell to call everyone in for breakfast after chores.
