cup finely shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

teaspoon chili powder
1/4
to 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder

cans (8 oz each) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
  1. Heat oven to 375┬░F. Lightly grease cookie sheets with cooking spray or shortening. In small bowl, gently toss cheese and both chili powders.
  2. On floured cutting board, unroll 1 can of dough into 12x8-inch rectangle; press perforations to seal. Sprinkle evenly with cheese mixture to within 1/2 inch of edges. Unroll remaining can of dough; place over cheese mixture. Seal perforations. With rolling pin, lightly roll dough to press layers together.
  3. Cut crosswise through both layers of dough into 16 strips. Holding each end of dough strip, gently twist strip; place on cookie sheets.
  4. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Remove twists from cookie sheets to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes. Serve warm.
