Oh my gosh, this was so good and so easy! My husband and I were looking for a "different" way to make a Pork Tenderloin and this was perfect. We marinated the tenderloin over night and then made for dinner with the green beans as described in the recipe. We did not put a starch along the side. We had about a 1.5 pound tenderloin and found that the about of marinande was perfect -- we had plenty of extra for basting and veggies. We had to cook the tenderloin longer than the directions had said, about 40 minutes and then 10 minutes resting- however that could be my stove rather than the directions. I love a 1 pan meal! this is a new house favorite.

Definately make more of the sauce! Good pork recipe, I also had a person who hated pork but it ended up being his favorite part of the dinner!

I wasn''t sure what I was going to think of this recipe but it was WONDERFUL! My guest (who isn''t a big fan of pork tenderloin) had a second helping and the hubby was impressed as well. It was so moist and juicy. My only change will be that I''ll make extra sauce next time.
