All the flavors of fall are rolled into this delectable dessert. Make this spicy pumpkin cake roll, and use the remaining cake mix to make a quick batch of cupcakes!

I started making this recipe in 2001 and my family will not let me in the door without it. Thanksgiving & Christmas are the only times I will make it, despite their cravings for it all year round! I have not changed the recipe much at all. It's a wonderful family tradition!

This one came out well...I rolled it while it was warm like one woman suggested...it stayed together...and I made pralines and used double the amount of nuts...so it was good...I also added much more spices as my family likes things with a kick!! it was my first roll attempt and came out wonderful!!!

This pumpkin roll is so good, that its what many people at my thanksgiving table look forward to the most. There are never any leftovers even when I make 2! I like to make one with the nuts and one without, both are super delicious and if I don't make it there are many sad faces

I liked the filling but the roll wasnt that great. I make Libbys pumkin roll every year n thought Id try this on and Libbys roll is much better. I had the same problem with min as the lady that kept having hers crack, mine did too and I never had that problem w Libbys. I think it is because this one is so thin. I will be using the filling with Libbys roll the filling was good.

Im only 13 years old and i LOVE to cook. Im going to do this recipe for thanksgiving. However, I have a problem where I can't eat any type of nuts, so I'm doing half pecan and half chocolate chip! Thank you so much for this recipe. I will get back at this.

I found this recipe 2 years ago and fell in love with it. So far I have created 3 different versions (mocha, lemon, and apple). They are all very good. Mocha is very popular among the ladies at my work. I am planning to create more... spiced tea, matcha (green tea), and mango (my husband's request), too. This roll cake is sort of thin and my husband, who loves this so much, can finish the whole roll in one day. So I normally double the ingredient to make a big one!
