This stuff is awesome! Super easy prep -- I'm ashamed to say I've a Chex Mix novice as I've never made a home made batch until I tried this recipe. My biggest problem was finding a microwaveable bowl big enough to hold everything. I threw in a the end of a bag of pretzels and the end of a box of Honey Nut Cheerios and reduced the cereal by a commensurate amount. And the end result is a tasty concoction of sweet and spicy goodness. Next time -- yes there will be a next time -- I might add some cumin for smokiness and a bit more cayenne pepper to give it a bit more kick.
