ripe medium banana, cut into chunks

cups soymilk

tablespoon caramel fat-free topping

cups crushed ice

teaspoon ground cinnamon

teaspoon ground cardamom

teaspoon ground ginger

teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1 In blender or food processor, place ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed about 1 minute or until smooth.
  • 2 Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
