Ingredients

1
can (15 oz) Progresso® chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained, rinsed
1
tablespoon olive oil
1
teaspoon ground cumin
1
teaspoon paprika
Dash ground red pepper (cayenne)
Salt to taste

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, toss all ingredients until chick peas are coated. Spread mixture in single layer on ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan or cookie sheet.
  • 2 Bake 25 to 35 minutes, stirring halfway through baking time, or until chick peas are dry and toasted.

This snack was easy and tasted great, quite addicting really. I cut back on the cumin a little bit and added more paprika as well as smoked paprika.
