Very yummy! My kids love ramen noodles so I to give this recipe a try. I didn't have broccoli on hand so I used yellow squash, still very tasty!

As soon as I saw this, I knew I had to give it a try. I LOVED it! It was super quick to make, and I used Pork Ribeye instead of tenderloin which was extremely tender and juicy. The only downside was that it just wasn't enough for the 4 of us, but as far as downsides go, that's a pretty good one! I look forward to trying the chicken variation.

You can make this same dish without using ramen noodles. Please read the ingredients on Ramen Noodles, unless it has changed you may not want to use them. MSG being one of the ingredients. There has been a lot of research done on it.

I was looking for a recipe like this. I was thinking of something to add to just plain old ramen noodles. My suggestion to Angelicx7; Try using one package with veggies for those who love them, or two recipes, one with and one without.

My family loved it and it was pretty quick and simple. I also like to add cheap. Which makes my day when feeding a family of 7. I did add a few tablespoons of teriyaki sauce. I only gave it a 4 because of eliminating the vegetables. Only 3 people will eat them otherwise I'm sure it would have been a 5. Will definitely make again.
