Very good. My family loved it. I left out the olives because we don't like them. It was very tasty. I made double the recipe and brought the leftovers into work for my friends - they all wanted the recipe. I especially loved that it was quick!

My husband does not like Chicken,Green Olives, Curry or Couscous. I made this for company and he inhaled it and he has changed his mind about all those ingredients. Thank you for this recipe. I have already passed it on to other people.

So easy and yet, still interesting. I made it for a crowd with home baked chicken instead of the rotisserie. I made 3 whole packages of chicken and not a piece was left over.
