Pick up fresh fruit salad in the deli, blend a snappy lime dressing, and you've got a refreshing side dish or simple dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup refrigerated coleslaw dressing
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 quarts (8 cups) fresh fruit salad (from deli)

Steps

    In small bowl, mix coleslaw dressing, honey, lime peel and lime juice until well blended.

    Just before serving, in large serving bowl, gently mix fruit salad and dressing mixture to coat.
