Sparkling Citrus Punch for a Crowd

Ingredients

  • 1 container (52 fl oz) refrigerated orange juice
  • 1 container (52 fl oz) refrigerated grapefruit juice
  • 1 bottle (1 liter) ginger ale, chilled
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced
  • 1 lime, thinly sliced

Steps

    Mix all ingredients in punch bowl, adding ginger ale just before serving.

  • For this Sparkling Citrus Punch, serve over ice, or make an easy ice ring using a ring mold or bundt cake pan that fits inside your punch bowl. Arrange sliced fruit or berries and mint leaves in the mold. Add water to fill three-fourths full; freeze until solid, then unmold.
  • Add a festive look to this non-alcoholic citrus punch by using red-fleshed Cara Cara oranges and petite Key limes for your citrus garnish.
