Given the fact that I did not have all the ingredients for this recipe, I substituted some and it still turned out great! This will be one I will be making again. I didn't have feta cheese, so used parmesan/romano combo. I didn't have northern beans so used light red kidney beans. Didn't have tomato paste so used spaghetti sauce and no water. I added chopped sweet red pepper. Next time I will make it with the correct ingredients. Oh, I also added basil from my garden. Good, delicious, nutritious, vegetarian recipe.
