LOCATION

Directions

  • 1 Mix all ingredients.

EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

For a more pronounced flavor, rub the mixture on the food, then cover and refrigerate about an hour.

Because this rub has oil in it, it's known as a "wet rub" rather than the more typical "dry rub."

A truly wonderful flavor it gave the boneless, skinless chicken breast. I didn't have cayenne pepper so I substituted crushed red pepper flakes and it was still great. Definitely will be usinr this again and soon.

This was very good! I brushed it onto pork chops and cooked them on my George Foreman. It was very different but even my picky husband raved over them. I used a little more oil than the recipe called for and it turned out great! I served them with yellow rice. Definitely worth the try!
