This was a wonderful recipe! I made a few small changes, omitted chile pepper, substituted green pepper for red, added a little more red onion and then instead of cilantro I sprinkled in a little dry salsa mix (Tastefully Simple). Will make these again for sure!!!

I tried this last night and it was a delight. Both my husband and 20 year old son said it was the best pork chops they've ever had. Yummy!
