My husband and I enjoyed this recipe. I sprinkled just a little bit of salt and pepper on before the chili powder. I served the pork with lime slices to spritz on the pork just before eating. Delicious!

This was a wonderful recipe! I made a few small changes, omitted chile pepper, substituted green pepper for red, added a little more red onion and then instead of cilantro I sprinkled in a little dry salsa mix (Tastefully Simple). Will make these again for sure!!!
