Enjoyable dinner. I seasoned the beef/onion with Chipotle Pepper and Seasoned Salt, instead of regular S&P - tasted southwest to me! I used Prego's Chunky Garden sauce. Made it with biscuits and rhubarb dessert. My boyfriend doesn't usually like leftover pasta or red-sauce pasta, but he is taking some of this for lunch, so I consider it a success.

Is it just my imagination or are there black beans in the photo of this recipe?

My husband and I really enjoyed this dish. He is a fairly picky eater but he seemed to really like it. I am actually making it for the 2nd time tonight.

This was good and a little slant on traditional spagetti. The corn added some sweetness which was nice. We had it with Parm-Garlic bread. Good stuff.

My family was not to excited about this one. I could not find any chunky tomato pasta sauce so I used the Safeway brand of Sundried Tomato and Olive. If I do this again, I will use another flavor and brand of pasta sauce. I agree with "sarah in va", there is not much southwest about this one. Maybe use BBQ sauce in lieu of pasta sauce. Mark

What's not to like about this dish? My daughter-in-law makes it frequently ~ minus the corn. I think a lot of the taste comes from the type of sauce that you use. She uses a chunky sauce,Del Monte Garlic and Herb) and it is very good in this dish.

I really didn"t like this meal. It was lacking flavor. It tasted like spaghetti, there was no southwest about it.

Very tasty...kids loved it and it's easy. I left out the onions, added some taco season, fresh garlic and Cholula and used tomato sauce instead of pasta sauce.
