Add a fresh twist to tuna with the flavors of lime, chilies and black beans—all the best that the Southwest has to offer.

I thought this sounded like an odd recipe but I had the ingredients handy except the tomatoes. Using canned tomatoes, drained of course, the only other change I made was to throw in a handful of corn chips just before serving. This was a very tasty meal which will be served again for certain.

For my family its great rolled up in soft taco shells. With out the taco shells its not filling enough another great meal to prep a head and let family heat up and eat when they get home from work or school

Good, used fresh albacor tuna. I added a bit of cumin. I will make it again. Family liked it.
