This relish is amazing! I have made it several times this summer and people just love it - seriously! I add tomatoes to mine to give it a little more flavor and color. I also serve it with tortilla chips. Wait to serve this when everyone arrives because it will be gone quickly.

This was really good! I served it with tortilla chips. Next time I will alter the recipe according to my favorites. More avocado and corn:) Perfect to bring to a get together as a side dish or appetizer!

This recipe is a huge hit at our neighborhood parties. I am asked to bring it often. I modified it slightly to include chopped tomato (usually plum or sliced cherry tomatoes)A single recipe serves a large group.

Looks great! I can''t wait to make it! Looks like it would go good on top of lots of different things....nachos, tacos, chips and dip, as a side dish with a mexican plate of enchiladas or the like. Would go good with quasadea''s...(excuse the spelling). I will post when I have had the chance to try it..

So yummy! We use this a dip at almost all of our parties. Even good if you add tomato or some jar salsa.
