box (7 oz) Betty Crocker™ mac & cheese original
Margarine and milk called for on mac & cheese box
can (11 oz) Green Giant™ SteamCrisp® Mexicorn® whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
teaspoon chili powder
tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
cup corn chips, coarsely crushed, if desired
Make mac & cheese as directed on box.
Stir in corn, salsa and chili powder. Cook about 1 minute or until hot.
Sprinkle with cilantro. Top with corn chips.
1 1/2 cups Green Giant® Niblets® frozen corn, cooked, drained, can be substituted for the Mexicorn® corn.
Bump up the flavor with the addition of chopped green or jalapeño chiles.
