What a great, simple dish to make. I am not a fan of broccoli so I used mustard greens instead. It was amazing and so easy to make. Great recipe, tasty dish!

This was so good and flavorful..I was very impressed with the results of such a quick and easy recipe, and I didnt even follow it exactly. I couldnt find the vege mix either so I used frozen corn/peas mix, no onions or mushrooms it came out GREAT! Definitely use more salsa than called for, I used a medium store brand salsa which added a little kick. Also ommitted the tortillas, I'll definitely be making this again!

Made this for dinner last night. I also could not find the vegetable blend but found something similar. Everybody ate it, even the picky eater. Will definitely add to the dinner rotation.

Excellent and easy. I used boneless turkey fillet, cubed, instead of the chicken. The vegetable mixture wasn;t exactly what the recipe called for (I couldn't find it) but it was similar. I sprinkled the crisped tortill astrips and cheese on at the end and did NOT cook it. The cheese melts without cooking and I was afraid the tortilla strips would be mush. I used a small pkg of corn torillas and cut into strips, then crisped in the oven. My husband loved it also.

I made this last night. It was really good. I used all fresh ingredients because I didn't find them frozen. I also used quite a bit more salsa than they suggest. I love salsa. I stuck a tortilla in the microwave for 10 seconds and stuffed it full of chicken skillet goodness. Yum. It made enough for about 5 meals. So I divided up the rest and put it in the freezer. Lunch for the rest of the week!

hmm, I took the red bell peppers out (southwestern food doesn't usually have bell peppers in it, I should know living in New Mexico) and added green chiles... made it very good...

This was a lot better than I expected. I think I'm going to try it with shrimp next time.

THIS WAS AMAZING! It was quick and easy! Dare I say ... impossible to mess up?? :) I used fresh red peppers, mushrooms and onion instead of frozen (I couldn't find that). I also mixed in chunks of Velveeta at the last minute because I forgot to buy cheddar. The chicken was a little dry, but that was user error. Oh well. I think next time I'll shred the chicken. THANK YOU BETTY CROCKER!
