Southern-Style Biscuit Shortcakes

Rich, melt-in-your-mouth shortcakes made with real butter and cream are split and filled with whipped cream and berries. Dessert doesn't get much better.

these biscuits were simple and delicsh!!! it took some time to cut in the butter... but it was totally worth it!!! mine were fully cooked after 9 minutes... so watch the time!! good toppings other than whipped cream are jam and honey!!
