Next time, I might try melting the cheese in the milk before baking it, adding more cheese, and using two eggs instead of three. Overall, though, this is a good, basic mac-and-cheese recipe, easy to make and looks great coming out of the oven. It's a nice alternative to the saucy stove-top versions.
