This was so delicious, even though it took me much longer than 20min to prepare. The peeling in the apples was very time consuming, but was worth it in the end! My family loved it and we'll definetely make it again. The only think I changed was I just added the pecans in with the topping mixture. Once I did that the pecans had a sweet flavor and blended perfectly with the cookie mix.

I just made this and my husband served it to 8 guys while they watched the Bengals vs Houston football game. It was a hit. It was so simple and quick that I can't believe how delicious it was to make. I will definitely make this again and again!

This easy apple crumble is wonderful. I've made it several times during the last few weeks and also works well when doubling the ingredients for a larger crowd! I did have one time when it seemed too watery but stuck it back in the oven to bake longer and it came out perfect. Thank you for sharing this recipe online - it's definitely my favorite!
