I just made this and my husband served it to 8 guys while they watched the Bengals vs Houston football game. It was a hit. It was so simple and quick that I can't believe how delicious it was to make. I will definitely make this again and again!

This easy apple crumble is wonderful. I've made it several times during the last few weeks and also works well when doubling the ingredients for a larger crowd! I did have one time when it seemed too watery but stuck it back in the oven to bake longer and it came out perfect. Thank you for sharing this recipe online - it's definitely my favorite!

What I love about this recipe is that the topping stays crunchy. Usually topping will get soggy on apple crisp but not when using the oatmeal cookie mix for the topping. Love this recipe.

I will definitely be adding this to my recipes!! Next time though I will not add the whole 1/2 cup margarine to the oatmeal cookie mix....it was not crumbly but more like doughy. I think next time I also may put in some more apples because I think the cookie 'dough' overpowered the apples and if I do that I'll try a bigger dish to bake it in.

This is the best apple crumble recipe I have ever tried! I did add double the apples and served with caramel ice cream, which is a hit.. It really is way too sweet on its own, and I have a very strong appetite for sweets. One thing I did not love however, was the large amount of liquid on the bottom, and the apples and crumble seemed to be floating in it, and it was a mess to try and serve up. This was better when I poured off the liquid and let it sit a while. Other than that, I will never try another recipe again and keep this one as my go-to fall comfort dessert.

This was wonderful! I used a sweet apple so I cut the sugar to 1/4 cup, just right! This is a keeper :) Thanks!
