EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

Take this salad on the road. Prepare all the ingredients separately and place them in storage bags. When you arrive at the get-together simply toss all ingredients.

Slow the browning of sliced bananas by splashing them with a little lemon juice.

I took this salad to a church luncheon and had so many compliments and requests for the recipe. It is such a refreshing salad and makes use of wonderful in-season fruits.

Excellent, excellent. It passed the critical husband test, going from "What the heck is this?" TO "Oh, this is really good. Got any more?". It's going into my receipt file. You can use any fruits you have on hand and, for a little sweeter, add a little more honey. Versitlie and good.
