Sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes

Breakfast ready in 15 minutes. Enjoy tasty pancakes made with blueberry and Bisquick® Original baking mix.

Ingredients

cups Bisquick™ Original baking mix
1
cup sour cream
1/2
cup milk
2
eggs
1
cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries

Directions

  • 1 Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. Stir all ingredients except blueberries in large bowl until blended. Stir in blueberries.
  • 2 Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
  • 3 Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown.
