Ingredients

2: cans cresent roll dough

2: pkg (8oz) Neufchatel cheese (softened)

1: cup sugar

1: tsp vanilla extract

1/4: cup butter (melted)

: cinnamon

: sugar

Directions

1 Unroll and spread one can of crescent roll dough on the bottom of an ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
2 Combine softened Neufchatel cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread mixture over crescent rolls.
3 Unroll other can of crescent roll dough and place on top of cheese mixture. Spread melted butter over the top and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
4 Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes.
5 Let it cool completely or you'll have a cheesy mess!!!

Expert Tips

I used Neufchatel in place of cream cheese. Neufchatel has 1/3 less fat and has a higher protein count than cream cheese and you can't taste the difference. Found near the cream cheese.
